20W50 Motorcycle Oil, I have always used this in all the bikes I have ever owned and never had a problem with them.
From an engine builders standpoint, any sythetic motor oil. I like the Mobil1 line of synthetics just because it is so readily available anywhere you go. But all the synthetics will give you longer engine life, horsepower/torque, and cooler engine temps.
