Can i switch from regular valvoline oil in my vehicle to high mileage valvoline without hurting the motor?

My blazer is has well over 75,000 miles and i want to switch it from reg valvoline to high milage is there anything special I need to do to make the switch?Can i switch from regular valvoline oil in my vehicle to high mileage valvoline without hurting the motor?
nothing special needed. just a normal procedure with a different type of oil.
