My straight six motor has wet oily spark plugs and oil shoots out the breather cap. What should I do in order?

I've been reading about blowback and blowby etc. and am wondering what I can replace in order from easiest to hardest. Should I start with valve stem seals and move to piston rings? Is there something even easier I don't know about (except oil additives, already tried that)? My straight six motor has wet oily spark plugs and oil shoots out the breather cap. I've got the same problem with the 258 in my jeep. Its caused by worn rings. You'll need a rebuild or another motor. My straight six motor has wet oily spark plugs and oil shoots out the breather cap. What should I do in order?
Bahh. Your mixture is too rich. Or the oil ring on your piston (The bottom) ring is defective. However. It unusual for it to happen on all cylinders at the same time. If it is one cylinder that has a wet oily spark plug. Change the ring on that one.

Beware, Its an engine out jobby.

However, If it is on all cyinders, Its your mixture. Adjust it accordingly.

Another way to tell. Check your oil cap. If there is a sludge there, its your oil rings. If the spark plugs are black and burnt in anyway its your mixture
Is your PCV clogged? Probably not why your plugs are oily, but could make your breather oily. Not so sure about shooting out though. You mean the oil is actually going air born? What company made the engine?

It isn't anything in your valvetrain. You've got a wasted set of rings. Rebuild the bottom end and be done with it.
Yeah scrap it and get a new one.
