Wonderful, i did an oil change the beginning of feburary with reg motor oil, and it runs too ruff.?

That's strange. My car seems to run BETTER after an oil change. Maybe it's just a coincidence that it started running poorly after the oil change. What kind of car? How many miles on it? Make sure the oil and oil filter were right for the vehicle and that the oil dipstick and oil fill cap are installed properly. Recheck the oil level. If the car ran ok for a whole month, it's likely a new problem that has developed unrelated to the oil change in my opinion.
