then gauge goes back to 40 and all seems fine what is this ?My gmc 99 suburban oil gauge when i start the truck is pinned at 80 and the motor is clacking loudly for 5min?
I would change the engine oil and filter and put 1 can of lucas oil treatment in and fill with engine oil
